The Inspector of Custodial Services will carry out an inspection of Parklea Correctional Centre.
Parklea CC is currently operated by MTC Australia, until management of the centre is returned to Corrective Services NSW in October 2026. MTC Australia subcontracts the delivery of health services to St Vincent's Correctional Health.
This inspection will focus on ensuring appropriate healthcare services are provided to inmate patients during the transition period back to state management.
The Inspector of Custodial Services may consider any other relevant matters during this inspection.
