Inspection reports

We report to NSW Parliament on the outcomes of inspections. These reports are publicly available and include recommendations that we have made as a result of an inspection.

We undertake stand alone or thematic inspections. A stand alone inspection focuses on the facilities and services at one centre. A theme-based inspection allows multiple custodial centres or practices to be included in one inspection or review.
